Sibyl Scharrer has been managing the International Cooperation Hydrogen project since 1 April 2022. Ms Scharrer was employed as a project officer for international technology and innovation projects at the European Commission in Brussels for several years. Back in her home city of Hamburg, she worked as an EU project manager for research and innovation at Enterprise Europe Network Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein, before joining Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein, followed by Hamburgische Investitions- und Förderbank (IFB) in 2013. At the EEHH Cluster Agency, she develops and cultivates international business relationships, especially in the area of green hydrogen, to expand global technology partnerships and the networking of EEHH members with international stakeholders from industry, science and politics.
