Global Tech I

Global Tech I Offshore Wind GmbH built the offshore wind farm Global Tech I in the German North Sea, and are now responsible for its operation. The control centre is located at the company headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity, and is responsible for overall operational monitoring of the wind farm, system management, maritime surveillance and weather observations. This is also where communication with direct marketers and the TSO takes place. The company employs around 100 people.
